Job description Key Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chat to provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and batch schedules. • Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs to help them achieve success. • Follow up with leads and nurture them through the enrollment process. • Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively handling queries and objections. • Collaborate with the admissions and sales teams to meet enrollment targets. • Keep records of student interactions and provide feedback for process improvement. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner. • A proactive and results-driven mindset. • Basic knowledge of EdTech, online learning, or career counseling is a plus.
