Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and goals 2. Develop personalized career plans and provide recommendations for further education or training 3. Assist clients in updating resumes, preparing for interviews, and improving job search strategies 4. Organize and facilitate career development workshops and seminars 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant advice to clients 6. Collaborate with other team members to enhance career counselling services and resources 7.
