About the internship As a campus recruitment executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing campus recruitment campaigns, partnering with universities, and identifying top talent that aligns with our organizational needs and culture. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract the best graduate talent 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, colleges, and student organizations to create recruitment opportunities 3. Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, career fairs, presentations, and workshops to promote the company and its open roles 4. Conduct pre-placement talks, webinars, and networking events to engage with potential candidates and showcase the company culture 5. Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and screen candidates for various roles based on campus recruitment needs 6. Enhance the company's presence on campus through employer branding initiatives, student engagement activities, and sponsorships 7.
