About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and maintain effective relationships with placement officers, educators, and other key stakeholders in universities and colleges to promote student placement in jobs, internships, and live projects. 2. Develop and implement engagement strategies that effectively communicate the value and opportunities Triedge Solutions offers to both educational institutions and their students. 3. Reach out to recognized companies and establish connections with senior stakeholders such as Heads of HR or talent acquisition. 4. Understand the full spectrum of the company's hiring demands and align Triedge's capabilities with their needs. 5. Plan and meet targets in terms of client acquisition and position placements. 6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns. 7. Manage and coordinate the team, ensuring tasks are completed effectively. 8. Share daily reports with respective managers to track progress and outcomes. 9. Ensure error-free job postings across various platforms and databases. 10. Organize and lead virtual and in-person presentations, workshops, and seminars aimed at educating students on career readiness, job market trends, and the benefits of engaging with Triedge Solutions. 11. Collaborate closely with business development and client management teams to identify and secure new partnership opportunities with educational institutions. 12. Monitor engagement outcomes and provide insightful analysis on program effectiveness, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and adaptation of strategies.
