About Us: Zealth-AI is an early-stage AI startup backed by top-tier investors like Y Combinator and Harvard Management Company and more. We have a new initiative to empower life science students to navigate the path to successful non-clinical careers by equipping them with the practical skills, industry insights, and mentorship they need to thrive. Job Brief: We are seeking passionate and driven Campus Ambassadors from top universities across India to represent Zealth-AI on their campuses. As a Campus Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in spreading awareness about Zealth-AI's programs and building a strong community of interested students. Responsibilities: 1. Campus Outreach: Organize and conduct informative sessions (workshops, seminars, info sessions) about Zealth-AI programs and the opportunities available. Promote our initiative through various channels: social media, campus events, email blasts, and word-of-mouth. Build relationships with student clubs, societies, and faculty members relevant to life sciences. 2. Community Building: Create and maintain an active online community of interested students on campus. Encourage student participation in Zealth-AI programs and events. 3. Data Collection and Feedback: Gather valuable insights and feedback from students about their career aspirations and interests. Track and report on the progress of your outreach activities. 4. Represent Zealth-AI: Act as a brand ambassador for our company on campus. Maintain a professional and positive image of Zealth-AI at all times. Requirements: 1. Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student in a life science-related field (e.g., BDS, Biotechnology etc) at a reputed university in India. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 4. Passion for helping students achieve their career goals. 5. Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic. Rewards and Incentives: 1. Fixed monthly stipend: INR 1500 per month as a guaranteed salary. 2. Referral bonuses: Earn additional incentives for successful referrals that lead to registrations, or other measurable incomes. 3. Priority Hiring: Campus ambassadors will be given first preference for future internship and PP0 opportunities within the company.
