About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Monitoring calls (conduct call audits to ensure adherence to company standards). 2. Assess call agents' performance based on established metrics. 3. Provide actionable feedback to improve performance & enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings & trends. 5. Collaborate on process improvements for better growth. 6. Ensure compliance with standards. 7. Regular check on hygiene. Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and reimburse AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
