Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Researching and scrapping leads for the ideal client profiles (ICPs) 2. Qualifying leads and identifying new business opportunities 3. Cold-calling and emailing potential clients 4. Reaching out to potential leads via direct messages on social media and responding to posts that indicate a need for our services. 5. Testing and optimizing outreach strategies 6. Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancers, PeoplePerHour, etc. 7. Working on cold emailing/calling leads collected from events and other sources + following up 8. Developing strategies to attract new clients 9. Promoting our services through events and various channels What We're Looking For: 1. Eager to help grow a design agency 2. Strong communication and outreach skills 3.
