Job Description
About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management and Meeting Scheduling:
Identify and qualify leads generated through Google Ads campaigns.
Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team to convert into opportunities.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers of scheduled meetings.
Maintain an updated calendar of appointments and send reminders to all stakeholders.
2. Google Ads Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to monitor and evaluate Google Ads campaign performance.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and outcomes.
Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads through optimized campaign strategies.
3. CRM and Data Management:
Manage and update the CRM system with lead details, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities.
Track lead progress and generate reports on scheduled meetings and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions.
