About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build your local sports project (LSP). 2. Choose your range as per your catchment analysis (range selection) 3. Work on merchandising and stock 4. Work on piloting and PNL for your sport (margin, shrinkage) 5. Take responsibility for your actions and challenge yourself and achieve your ambition 6. Practice your sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports 7. Build your sports community in your catchment 8. Give regular IDMs 9. Mediate between your user and DMI (feedback) 10. Update your planner including events, workshops, and leaves 11. Recruit future sports leaders 12.
