About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle Incoming Sales Inquiries: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and the IndiaMART platform. 2. Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with our product offerings. 3. Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the specific requirements and challenges of prospective clients. 4. Present Products and Services: Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients. 5. Negotiate and Close Sales: Negotiate terms and close sales deals that meet both client and company objectives. 6. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. 7. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth sales processes. 8. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings, with a particular focus on the IndiaMART platform. 9. Attend Events: Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build industry connections and promote our products and services. 10. Report and Forecast: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
