About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Telecalling & Video Counseling: Engage with prospective students and parents through phone calls and video calls to understand their academic needs and provide relevant course offerings. Course Pitching: Explain and promote JEE/NEET preparation courses in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner. Highlight course features, benefits, and outcomes to drive enrollment. Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Generate leads through calling, online meetings, and email outreach. Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students and parents to nurture and convert leads into enrollments. Personalized Counseling: Provide personalized academic counseling to students and their families, taking into account their academic background, aspirations, and needs. Help them choose the right preparation strategy. Provide Information: Offer detailed information about the courses, schedules, faculty, fee structure, study material, and other relevant aspects. Answer queries and resolve doubts effectively. Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and prospects, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed lead conversion and enrollment targets as set by the management.
