About the internship As a business development (sales) intern at Qapitol QA Services Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team to learn and contribute to our business growth. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be vital in effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends 2. Deliver sales pitches to showcase our services to prospects 3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their requirements 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and pricing strategies 5. Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into closed deals 6. Maintain CRM data and track sales progress for reporting 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in sales and business development, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company. This is an internship-to-hire role. The top-performing interns will be absorbed in a full-time role. There will be an additional INR 4000 as part of the travel and food allowance on a monthly basis apart from the incentives for each meeting booked. Join us and be a part of our dynamic team!
