About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Engage with prospective students who have passed the entrance exams to provide detailed course counseling and support. 2. Take ownership in creating processes from the ground up, as you'll be part of AlmaBetter's new venture, shaping everything from scratch and playing a key role in its foundation! 3. Explain the course proposition and its benefits, highlighting partnerships with top recruiting companies. 4. Drive meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with our offerings. 5. Negotiate and address concerns with potential students in a professional, straightforward manner, ensuring they make informed decisions. 6. Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system. 7. Collaborate with the broader team to improve strategies based on feedback and learning.
