About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle sales & marketing of various residential projects of builders & developers 2. Handle international as well as local clients to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in the Mumbai region 3. Search for the new clients apart from the traffic on the website by making corporate visits and corporate tie-ups 4. Establish relationships with existing builders and tie-up with builders/developers 5. Meet targets with monthly & quarterly deadliness & business development operations 6. Perform outbound calls to convert prospective clients into sales 7. Figure out the potential of new projects and tie-up with them
