About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our Edu-tech solutions. 2. Understand client needs and effectively position our offerings to meet those needs. 3. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage potential customers. 4. Build rapport, address concerns, and convincingly present the value proposition of our products. 5. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to various client needs. 6. Highlight the benefits and features of our Edu-tech solutions effectively. 7. Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research, and industry events. 8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients. 9. Understand their ongoing needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. 10. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements. 11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
