About the internship
Requirements:
Has strong knowledge of B2B sales and agency-linked markets.
Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers/ clients by understanding their requirements.
Possess strong business acumen and the ability to understand a variety of business structures and landscapes, as well as the ability to spot business opportunities and drive value-selling.
Is skilled at tackling multiple streams with responsiveness, consistency, and direction.
Seeks out opportunities to be a leader, and takes on additional initiatives and responsibilities to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
Is proactive and has excellent problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities -
Identifying business opportunities by recognising prospective clients.
Build contact and develop relationships with prospective clients.
Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance on a timely basis.
Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media and other channels.
Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
Domain Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
Cold calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
Set up meetings between client and company business heads.
Plan approaches and script pitches. Develop proposals that are according to the client's needs and objectives.
