About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about Techiegigs' services, programs, and offerings. Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns or other sources. 2. Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to convert inquiries into enrollments or sales. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement. Address customer concerns or objections effectively to build trust. 4. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Techiegigs' services and offerings to answer customer queries confidently and accurately. Stay updated on new programs, promotions, and updates. 5. CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly. Track sales progress and follow up on pending leads. 6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve the quality of service and identify potential new opportunities. 7. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Share insights about customer trends and feedback with management. 8. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to the supervisor. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
