About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Field Visits: Visiting client locations to establish and maintain relationships. 2. Cold Calling and Emailing: Conducting outreach to potential clients to generate leads and build connections. 3. Financial Support: Assisting the finance team with tasks related to cross-border payment processing and daily financial operations. 4. Client Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding of new clients to ensure seamless integration with RBK Payments' banking and payment systems. 5. Transaction Monitoring: Monitoring and assisting with international payments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and accuracy. 6. Market Research and Lead Generation: Conducting research on the international banking sector, including trends, regulations, and best practices for cross-border payments. 7. Reporting: Generating financial reports, tracking sales activities, client onboarding progress, and payment processing updates. 8. Finance Strategy: Contributing to the development of financial strategies to expand RBK Payments' presence in the international banking and cross-border payments market. 9. Client Relationship Management: Assisting in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by providing timely and customized financial assistance. Requirements: 1. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 3. Basic understanding of banking systems, payment processes, and international trade regulations. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Interest in financial operations, international payments, and the banking domain. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
