About the internship Key responsibilities: 1. Data research and management: Conducting market research to identify potential clients and trends. Managing and organizing client and prospect information in our CRM system. 2. Reach out and business development: Actively reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. 3. Client support: Providing exceptional support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 4. Understanding: Developing a deep understanding of our service offerings including SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp Marketing. 5. Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. 6. Client acquisition: Pitching our digital marketing services to prospective clients. Understanding client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that align with their business goals. 7. Market research: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Providing insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive position in the market. Other requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 3.
