About the internship As a Business Development Executive Intern at Urban Naps, you will play a key role in driving growth for our innovative wellness solutions, specifically our cutting-edge sleeping pods. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to impactful sales and marketing strategies. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Lead Generation: 1. Identify and engage potential clients through online research, cold outreach, networking events, and other creative methods. 2. Develop a pipeline of leads across key industries, including corporate offices, hotels, co-working spaces, hospitals, and airports. b. CRM Management: 1. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of leads, prospects, and clients for effective follow-up. c. Stakeholder Communication: 1. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment. d. Sales Strategy: 1. Assist in creating sales strategies to enhance product reach, including pricing, promotional campaigns, and exploring new distribution channels. e. Corporate Sales: 1. Identify and approach corporate clients to showcase the value of Urban Naps' sleeping pods in improving employee well-being, productivity, and workplace wellness culture. f. B2B Sales: 1. Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients, including hotels, co-working spaces, and airports, focusing on bulk sales and strategic partnerships.
