Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Legal & Business Development Intern to assist in legal and litigation-related consultations, client coordination, creative business development initiatives, and project management. The intern will contribute towards ensuring speed, efficiency, and excellence in delivering results to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth execution of assignments. Contribute creatively to business development and client engagement strategies. Assist in budgeting, reporting, and analysis for various client projects. Support in compliance, documentation, and legal filings as required. Work closely with senior professionals to bring efficiency in project execution. Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing consulting and business assignments. Requirements: Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset for business development and client engagement.
