Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment consultancy. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of recruitment projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify potential clients in target industries and initiate contact through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (HR managers, CEOs, etc.). Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. 2. Market Research and Strategy Development Conduct market research to identify industry trends and recruitment opportunities. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet revenue targets. Stay updated on competitors’ activities and market positioning. 3. Proposal and Negotiation Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing models to clients. Negotiate terms and agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. 4. Collaboration and Reporting Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, pipelines, and performance metrics. Use CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on exceeding targets. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in business development or sales (experience in recruitment is a plus). Proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheet,MS Office Suite. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of new clients acquired per quarter. Revenue growth from new and existing clients. Client retention rate. Timeliness and accuracy of reporting and proposals.
