Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: Research and identify potential clients domestic & international using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha, and the other to build a strong sales pipeline. Contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media channels to introduce our services and assess client needs. Use personalized bidding to set up meetings and win new projects on Upwork, Guru or other similar freelance platforms. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients. Set up appointments/meetings with key decision makers. Accurately record and update all sales activities, client interactions, and BANT qualifications in the CRM system. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitors to support business development strategies. Skills: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development, with a strong background in lead generation & qualification Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good experience in writing proposals and bidding on freelance platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator). Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in IT Services industry is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
