About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Telecalling: 1. Initiate outbound calls to schools to introduce and explain our educational programs. 2. Schedule demo appointments with decision-makers at schools. 3. Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information. b. Appointment Setting: 1. Identify key contacts within schools, such as principals and coordinators, and secure demo appointments. 2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with schools using Google Sheets. 3. Regularly update the database with new leads and appointment details. 4. Prepare and generate progress reports to track performance. c. Achieving Targets: 1. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets. 2. Continuously improve Tele-calling and appointment-setting techniques to optimize success rates. d. Customer Relations: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with school representatives. 2. Respond to inquiries promptly and offer exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
