Job Description

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identifying and researching potential leads and prospects through various channels. 2. Reaching out to leads through cold calling, email, or social media to generate interest. 3. Qualifying leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential as customers. 4. Setting up appointments or meetings between qualified leads and account executives. 5. Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system. 6. Reporting to the Sales Lead on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly). Requirements: 1. Experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. 2. Proven record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. 3. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. 6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
