About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calling, networking, and social media channels to build a pipeline of prospective clients 2. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into paying customers 3. Handle inbound queries and perform cold calling on fresh and refurbished leads daily (120 calls per day) 4. Communicate fluently in English and Hindi to engage with a diverse client base 5. Deliver compelling sales pitches and showcase in-depth product knowledge to highlight value propositions 6. Negotiate effectively and close deals to achieve sales objectives 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system Skill(s) required Business Research Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Sales Earn certifications in these skills Learn Business Communication Learn Digital Marketing Learn Business Analytics Other requirements 1. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite 7.
