About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Business development: a. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions. b. Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and presentations to generate leads and build relationships. c. Maintain a database of prospects, follow up on leads, and support the sales team with client outreach activities. 2. Client engagement: a. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. b. Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and solutions. 3. Hiring support: a. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and applications. b. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further recruitment processes with the HR team. c. Manage job postings and recruitment records to streamline hiring operations. 4. Reporting & documentation: a. Prepare reports on business development and recruitment activities. b. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and hiring pipelines.
