About the internship We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for client onboarding and client acquisition, ensuring that new clients are effectively integrated into our system. This role is critical in expanding our client base and supporting our mission to match exceptional candidates with the right job opportunities. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce recruitment services. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 3. Understand client needs and requirements to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. 4. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience. 5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively. 6. Track and report on client acquisition and onboarding metrics. 7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 8.
