Job description Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive intern to tackle technical user issues and business challenges across operations. You’ll collaborate with tech, sales, product, and operations teams to resolve problems, analyze root causes, and improve processes. This role is ideal for problem-solvers eager to learn about the travel industry. Key Responsibilities ● User Support: Address technical/operational issues, escalate complex cases, and assist users with troubleshooting. ● Business Problem-Solving: Analyze data, workflows, and user feedback to propose process improvements. ● Root Cause Analysis: Identify patterns in recurring issues and contribute to long-term fixes. ● Documentation: Maintain knowledge bases, document troubleshooting steps, and update processes. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with tech, product, sales, and operations teams to refine workflows and optimize systems. ● Process Improvement: Suggest and test enhancements to tools, user interfaces, and operations. Qualifications ● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Management, Operations, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. ● Technical familiarity is preferred but not mandatory. ● Strong analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex problems. ● Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Curiosity about the travel industry and willingness to learn cross-functional processes. ● Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
