Job description We are hiring for Masai. About The Role We are looking for highly motivated B2B Sales Interns to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Top-performing interns will have the opportunity for a full-time conversion at the end of the internship. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research potential business clients and decision-makers. • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Assist in setting up meetings and product demos with potential clients. • Support the sales team in negotiation, follow-ups, and closing deals. • Maintain an updated database of leads and interactions in CRM tools. • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to improve outreach strategies. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales pitches and presentations. Requirements • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building. • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and LinkedIn outreach is a plus. • Prior experience in sales, business development, or internships in a similar domain is an advantage.
