About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conducting physical verification of fixed assets, including equipment, furniture, and buildings 2. Reviewing and updating fixed asset records, including asset registers and depreciation schedules 3. Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or irregularities in fixed asset records 4. Assisting in the reconciliation of fixed asset accounts 5. Providing recommendations for improving fixed asset management and internal controls 6. Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and schedules 7. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 21st Oct'24 and 25th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 1 month 4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
