Respond to customer queries and follow up with leads to close sales. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities. 6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. 7. Keep up to date with the latest trends in music, instruments, and vocal lessons to provide accurate advice to clients. 8. Assist with other sales and customer support activities as required.
