About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions 2. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person 3. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews 4. Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries 5. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails 6. Source candidates as per requirements 7. Utilize LinkedIn effectively for sourcing Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Effective communication skills 3.
