Associate Product Management

About the internship We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented product management intern to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in product management and development. As a product management intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer success, and marketing, to support the development and enhancement of our products. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in product research, including gathering customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions 2. Collaborating with the product team to create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and feature requirements 3. Supporting the development and testing of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with customer needs and company goals 4. Working with engineering and design teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects 5. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify bugs and ensure product quality before launches 6. Creating and updating product documentation, including FAQs, training materials, product requirement documents and release notes 7. Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement 8. Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to enhance the product development process 9. Holding conversations with the customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs, preferences and understand product feedback to make changes that elevate the growth of the product 10.
