About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Outbound communication: Conduct outbound calls to employees using the predictive attrition control tool, SARA, to identify and address their concerns. 2. Empathetic listening: Actively listen to employees' problems and concerns with patience and empathy. 3. Problem resolution: Collaborate with relevant teams (Sourcing, Operations, etc.) to resolve employees' issues effectively and promptly. 4. Bilingual communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse employee base. Note: Opportunity to convert full time after internship.
