About the internship We are looking for a talented AI Agent Developer & Prompt Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude. You will also design and manage multi-agent systems and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Develop and Fine-Tune AI Models: 1. Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude for specific use cases. 2. Continuously improve the performance of AI models through fine-tuning and training. b. Design and Manage Multi-Agent Systems: 1. Build and manage workflows using platforms like Crew.AI and Langflow to enable seamless communication and interaction between multiple AI agents. 2. Oversee the execution of multi-agent systems and ensure their proper functionality in real-world applications. c.Craft and Optimize Prompts: 1. Develop and refine effective prompts to improve model output accuracy and relevance. 2. Test and iterate on prompts to meet specific use case requirements. e. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): 1. Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows to enhance AI responses by pulling relevant data from external knowledge bases. 2. Maintain and optimize RAG workflows for consistent and efficient performance. f. Collaborate Across Teams: 1. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align AI solutions with organizational goals. 2. Ensure smooth deployment and scaling of AI solutions across the company. Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience with AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude. Hands-on experience with multi-agent platforms like Crew.AI and Langflow. Expertise in prompt engineering for improved LLM output. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment of AI solutions. Additional Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Full Stack Development (any tech stack). Experience with automation platforms like Make. Familiarity with data enrichment platforms like Clay.
