About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct legal research 2. Draft contracts 3. Handle online dispute resolution (ODR) with familiarity in Indian ODR platforms (NITI Aayog's Model ODR Framework, Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996) 4. Demonstrate comfort with digital tools, online research platforms (Manupatra, SCC Online), and document management systems Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 14th Jan'25 and 18th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
