Job description Company Description At Gaido, we're building an InsurTech platform to help people make informed insurance decisions for themselves and their loved ones. With a founding team that includes alumni from IIT, IIM, and seasoned engineering leaders, you'll have the chance to contribute to developing an AI-first product from scratch. This is a paid internship. Role Description Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop and optimize Vertical AI Agents for Insurance 2. Experiment with open-source and enterprise AI models 3. Build AI-driven pipelines using tools like LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack 4. Implement RAG, function calling, and fine-tuning techniques 5. Work with APIs and frameworks to integrate AI into real-world workflows 6. Collaborate with mentors and team members on AI research & Deployment Qualifications • Experience working with LLMs • Experience with Python, LLM APIs, vector databases • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI orchestration frameworks • Hands-on experience with RAG, or agent-based workflows is a plus • A hacker mindset—love to experiment, break, and build things • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Pursuing or completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
