About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence. Support the coordination of internal and external meetings, events, and team activities. Help maintain office organization and supplies, including inventory management. Provide support in HR tasks such as organizing employee files and managing new hire paperwork. Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations. Manage communication with clients and vendors as needed. Help coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking for the team. Provide general support to the team and contribute to special projects as assigned.
