About the internship Role & Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: Strategically source, screen, and recruit candidates to meet departmental needs, aligning with organizational goals. 2. HR Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. 3. Employee Engagement: Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity through HR initiatives. 4. MIS Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present actionable MIS reports for senior management and the Director. 5. Data Management: Establish efficient frameworks for data collection, analysis, and reporting across business operations. 6. External Affairs: Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and collaborators to enhance business opportunities. 7. Strategic Representation: Represent the company during meetings, events, and collaborations and negotiate contracts that align with goals. 8. Senior Management Support: As the Director's primary contact, managing correspondence, calendar, and documentation. 9. Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize workflows, set KPIs, and review processes to improve organizational performance. 10. Administrative Oversight: Manage daily administrative tasks, streamline operations, assist directors with decision-making, and delegate tasks effectively.
