About the internship Work from Office role Location - Ecstasy IT Park, Times Internet Limited, Ecstasy IT Park, Plot 391, Phase III, Udyog Vihar, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016 Working Days - Mon to Fri Office Timings - 9:30 AM to 6 PM Duration - 6 Months Stipend - 10,000/- per month Candidate must have a laptop for this internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate office activities and operations 2. Liaison with contractors, interior vendors for the upkeep of the facility and operations 3. Track and ensure repair and maintenance of types of equipment and office infrastructure 4. Manage and maintain the pantry and cafeteria facilities 5. Manage logistics/agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the leadership team 6. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 7. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data 8. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary 9. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Requirements: 1. Excellent organizational skills 2.
