About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Generate and process invoices accurately, ensuring they are delivered to clients promptly 2. Monitor and track payments from clients, identifying and resolving discrepancies 3. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, both written and verbal, to follow up on outstanding payments and address any billing inquiries 4. Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed 5. Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging to keep management informed about outstanding balances 6. Initiate collections efforts, send reminders and statements, and escalate as needed 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations 8.
