About the job: As a US Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in researching real estate properties, validating order and sales contract information, and ensuring accurate data management in CRM systems. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research real estate properties and collaborate with customers, vendors (HOAs), and internal teams. 2. Review and validate order forms, agreements, and sales contracts for accuracy and completeness. 3. Ensure data integrity within CRM and workflow systems. 4. Provide operational support throughout the order lifecycle. 5. Gather and consolidate HOA data through online research and direct communication. 6. Evaluate data accuracy and maintain organized records within the HOA database. 7. Handle urgent property requests and meet monthly operational targets. 8. Manage end-to-end operations effectively.
