US Backoffice Support (Billing)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Interacts with customers regularly to ensure accurate and timely billing. Gather customer's updated contact information and update CSA's custom operating system. Responsible for reaching out to customers who have had machines that are registered in Imageware Remote but have stopped communicating. Walk the customer through on how to reestablish communication for IWR through com tests. If customer cannot connect educate customer on CSA Customer website and register them to enter their meters. Update the customer's meter type in the contracts operating system for future meter gathering. Call customers who have expiring PO's and obtain updated PO's and enter details into contract and attach PO to contract. Enter billing details into customer portals. Register new customers into their preferred portals. And, as expected of every employee of Canon Business Process Services Philippines, Inc. (CBPSP), the Billing Representative I is expected to: Maintain or exceed CBPS’ quality standards for all assigned tasks. Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to exceed client expectations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six months to one-year Shared Service experience Prior administration experience. Experience in customer service/technical support Can work in a nightshift schedule ERP experience is preferred Strong communication and listening skills Analytical skills Demonstrated customer care/service orientation skills Detail Oriented Ability to understand technical processes and pass along the knowledge to the customer Ability to complete a high volume of data entry with robust problem-solving skills if necessary Ability to manage several tasks/functions simultaneously
