Job Description Job: CC&B Administrator Role: Contract Location: Bangalore Job Code: U2X776 Experience: 8-10 years Band: 8 Standard Work Mode: Hybrid Priority : Critical Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled CC&B Administrator with extensive experience in Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Administration and Customer to Meter (C2M) configurations within the Energy & Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CC&B and C2M, experience in system administration, and a deep understanding of Oracle-based applications. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and administer CC&B and C2M applications, ensuring optimal performance and system stability. • Manage Thread Pool Worker configuration and closely monitor job performance. • Perform CC&B and C2M Cloning/Refresh of Development and UAT instances from Production. • Apply recommended Oracle patches for CC&B, C2M applications, and databases. • Work closely with Oracle support to resolve critical issues efficiently. • Maintain a deep understanding of CC&B and C2M architecture and concepts to support system enhancements and troubleshooting. • Oversee application-related quality, performance, scalability, and integrity within the enterprise environment. • Ensure the functional usability of applications by optimising interfaces and workflows. • Define best practices for evaluating, selecting, and developing software components, development methods, and tools.
