Role Description This is a full-time role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based on-site in Pune. As a Travel Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating customized travel packages, advising on travel options, and coordinating with various service providers. Qualifications • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills • Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations • Strong Customer Service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on-site in Pune • Experience in the travel industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
