About the work from home job/internship

We are looking for native Bengali speakers with experience in Hindi-to-Bengali translation. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a Bengali language initiative while sharpening your skills in translation, linguistics, and quality control.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure high-quality Hindi-to-Bengali translations in alignment with project standards.

2. Accurately translate Hindi content into clear, natural, and grammatically correct Bengali.

3. Review, proofread, and refine translated content to ensure top-quality output.

4. Achieve a daily productivity target as defined by the project (minimum 2000 words per day).

5. Review and edit translated content as per project guidelines.

6. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and project deadlines.

7. Ensure the translated content accurately reflects the meaning, tone, and intent of the original Hindi text.

8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of translation and quality assurance standards for Hindi-to-Bengali localization projects.

Other requirements

1. Fluent in Hindi and Bengali with strong conversational skills.

2. Proficient in Bengali, including reading, writing, and listening.

3. Attentive to detail and accuracy in translation.

4. Committed to meeting deadlines.

5. Availability of at least 6-8 hours of work per day.

6. Stable internet connection.

7. Laptop/Desktop (mandatory).

8. Minimum 2 years of experience in translation.

A. Important note:
