What is the Training Associate role here in 1Aviation?
Responsible for the planning, creation, and implementation of training plan for ASD, Cargo, CNS, and Outstations training. Manages and handles the administrative requirements and records of the Training Department.
What You Will Do
Ensures that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision and Values are achieved.
Promotes and ensures compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.
Responsible for the planning, creation, and implementation of training plan for ASD Manila and Outstations, CARGO, and Ticketing.
Coordinate and ensure availability of training venues.
Ensure all training materials and equipment are available and operational during the training.
Ensure to request the correct number of meals for the training and monitor on time delivery to respective training venues.
Conduct training and proctoring if needed
Coordinate with HR or respective stations for the confirmation of the participants.
Ensure that all mandatory and regulatory training requirements are complied with.
Regularly coordinate with operations personnel with regards to the implementation of training plan both for initial and recurrent trainings.
Prepares and maintains the department’s Filing Chart, Master list of Forms, personnel’s Training Folder and monitors documents for disposal.
Process documentation requirements and clearances of ground personnel who resigned during training.
Prepares the necessary documents after the completion of training such as Release Memo, applicable permits, and licenses.
Validates allowances filed by trainers / line trainers
Prepares cash advances, pay ads, BTAs (BUSINESS TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION) and TERs (TRAVEL EXPENSE REPORT) of the Training Department
Handles the requisition of supplies, manuals, CAPEX, and monitors Training budget
Ensures acknowledgement and submission of required company documents.
Ensures personnel attend and complete the general regulatory training required by the client airline.
Prepares and verifies the KPI of the Training Department

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related fieldAt least 2 years background in Airline / airport operations experience is preferred
With background on Aircraft Ground handling Equipment Operations Other Training / Certifications (State other training e.g.,seminars, short courses required to perform the job)
