About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Support in managing the program requirements, including creating and maintaining the training and awareness plan and tracking the program's effectiveness. 2. Assist in driving the consistent implementation of training escalation protocols across the organization. 3. Support the execution of core elements in day-to-day training program operations, including course assignments, training reports, and troubleshooting issues. 4. Validate target audience data for compliance training and address any gaps in training remediation. 5. Help prepare and maintain accurate, clear program dashboards and reports for leadership and global stakeholders. 6. Collaborate with various stakeholder teams, such as global, compliance, and HR, to advance the program agenda. 7. Work closely with internal stakeholders and the communications team to drive awareness campaigns. 8. Support reviews of the AC HR screening process and due diligence screening as per the giving procedures.
