About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Achieving monthly customer acquisition targets and actively participating in upselling and cross-selling of our offerings and products 2. Keep abreast with and educate our customers about our offerings and products across verticals (OMKITCHEN Just Organic, OMJOOS, OMDAIRY, and OMSWEETS) 3. Addressing customer complaints and grievances and generating a positive customer experience outcome 4. Maintain daily orders and customer feedback related to IS to support business decisions 5. Research competitors and suggest ways to improve business/sales 6.
